Trevor Francis can anyone help.

Does anyone remember two Trevor Francis goals v Charlton.I've just dug out me Gordon Macey The Definitive QPR book.The game was 2nd Nov 1988 at home,
Littlewoods cup.
Am I right in thinking that Trev scored one if not two spectacular goals that night? If Pete is on tonight does he have these goals in the archive?

yeah he scored 2 we were one down, i think he came off the bench. the winner was an overhead kick near the end in front of the loft.
how the **** i remember this i'll never know!

Cheers mate thanks.It's really weird as I say, just looking at old stats and games,and thought Sure Trev scored a real beauty, but unlike Sinclair's you don't see this one.It was the following season he got 3 at Villa,which I have seen since.

I remember that goal, quality! A few weeks later he scored a left foot volley from 25 yards off the post, think it was against Coventry.

He scored a amazing scissors kick from around the edge of the box. He had been having an ongoing spat with Peter Shirtliffe. Shirtliffe got sent off, the game changed culminating with Francis scoring the second best goal I have seen live. (Sinclairs was the best) The ground errupted. I am sure I have seen it online sometime recently.
