The old oak common site is huge and has massive potential I pass it everyday. Is there not going to be a crossrail station based at old oak common too???

Premier League rules clearly state you cannot move into another team's patch. Old Oak Common and White City are very much QPR territory.
The filth haven't got many options. Earls Court is going to be completely knocked down and turned into a huge new shopping/residential district. I have seen the plans. The West Ken estate is going to be completely knocked down.
I saw on Sky Sports that Imperial Wharf could be an option. No chance. The only chance was by the new train station by the old gas works. They are now well onto way to completing the new flats there. Down towards the Sainsburys they are knocking that down and turning it into a car park for the brand new Sainsburys which will be by the river on the site of the old telephone exchange.
They are well and truly limited with their options. Can't say I know the Nine Elms site that well. To be honest most of their fans are from south of the river anyway so keep them on that side of the water with the other vermin like Millwall.First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

PL and LBH&F will allow Chelsea to move in to the area if it is a groundshare.
Wouldn't trust the PL or the League to actually enforce their own rules either. Orient still being shafted by West Ham as the PL rely on some mealy mouthed excuses about "defined catchment areas".
Despite all other plans and non committal statements, Chelsea want the Earls Court and Lillie Road site. Capital want to sell to Chelsea (possibly in p/ex for the Stamford Bridge site) but I don't believe it would ever get through planning at RLBK&C.
