players haven't gelled. Lets face facts - Everton was VERY lucky because they were awful and still had chances to score that would be finished 9 times out of 10. Wolves are also utterly dire.

Those results may have given us some false idea that they have all settled very quickly.

Yes, you're right.. I am just tmaking the point (badly) that getting 6 points away and new players has got us thinking the team is maybe better than it is. And now they are here they have not settled into a style and fighting spirit yet.

I think i got carried away myself. Might have to revise my predictions!!

Really not sure why you are citing out Barton, whole side were poor yesterday and whilst I thought NW got his tactics wrong, I was unaware Connolly was out and Fitz had had a strain in the warm up. Traore's sending off was the major factor here and we struggled to cover it with the lack of options we had.
Derry was worse than Barton by miles yesterday and really struggled to cope, as Fulham just shut him down. I honestly cant say one player played well and what Paddy was doing with the Pen I do not know but everyone makes mistakes.
I hope it was a Scunthorpe bad day at the office and we will bounce back, especially once Gabbidon and Traore are back.

Good player is Barton but as the old saying goes your only as good as your last game.

Jeffro has some valid points, he is captain & he should be putting in a captains performance. Yes they were all dire yesterday but I expect more from the highest paid player on our history & skipper than just going through the motions as he did.

Also on the Twitter thing. Its embarrassing tbh. Joey is no fool but he's hardly f#cking Aristotle (look him up) as he'd like to make out. He seems more worried about Twitter & Newcastle than putting in a shift for QPR.

As mentioned he has the Blackburn game along with the others to get it right & push on from there. If another mediocre performance... Then what?

All of the team yesterday for whatever reason were rubbish!
Bradley orr was exposed because joey could not pick up their lb
Mom for me was orr cos he had to mark two players for most of the game
Some of you on here are deranged with your comments!! Barton is the new ray wilkins he passes sideways 90% of the time and his crossing/ dead balls are crap.
Derry should be captain ! Warnock gave it to Barton to try and give him responsibilities and to feel wanted!
Paddy was our best player last year by a mile and unless he called (donkey) Hall the ball should have been put in fulham palace road

Ray Wilkins was class for us so what I meant above was he should be opening up opposition defended with forward passes not sideways ones!! That's for Derry and furling to do to build up play

The reason digging Barton is because he's on 80 bags a week and doing f all.

I bet you moaned at Leon Clarke, when he played, doing nothing looking lazy right? Well difference is at least he was true to himself, we knew he was shite.

                  Barton isn't and shouldn't be.
He needs to step up and be a captain instead of Billy big spuds.

Why would I have moaned at Leon Clarke ? If anything I felt sorry for the guy because he became the latest fool guy. As i say no player who started, came out of this game with credit. Barton could be on 80 quid a week that doesn't make any difference to me.
We were all smarting after paying #52.50 for a ticket but from where I was sitting Barton put in 3 quality crosses which Bothroyd, SWP and either Luke Young or Derry should have attacked, why Bothroyd didnt side foot his effort I don't know.
We got over run due to Traore or Hill or Connolly not playing left back, which is slightly worrying but hopefully Traore will play most games between now and January.

The next two games will be telling and not just for QPR but for Barton too. I hope we'll be able to sing his praises.
Agree with this. At the end of the day it's all well and good playing up when the whole team are on song but when we've really needed him to earn his wedge, to pull us up and drive us on when we've been under the cosh, he's gone missing every time.

Adel was a better captain so far.

Wolves he scored. So you can't say he was shite. It's goals at the end of the day and he got us started against Wolves with that goal.

                              Calm down.

Yes he scored at Wolves but I have been very disappointed with him.
Like I said, he has a chance to put things right against a mediocre Blackburn team.

I dont care which way you spin it, when he's on 80 grand a week, club captain and the biggest siging in the clubs history, I expect more. Currently over the last 4 games he had under performed.
