I have to say that I've just about lost patience with Bothroyd.
I said I'd give him a few games to find his feet but he is very poor and never ever looks like scoring.
Outside of the box he holds the ball up well and wins a few flick ons, but in the box he is just annoynmous, miss times his jumps, scuffs his shots, doesn't even look like he is putting everything into it. With our system I wish we'd have signed John Carew, think he would have been a lot better albeit too old.
Dilema for Warnock as DJ only real alternative forward and he cannot hold the ball up, so he will he have to change the system, or stick with JB. I can't bring myslf to suggest HH as a viable alternative, but he surely couldn't do any worse.
And as for Fitz Hall and Orr today they were embarrassing.
