Or am I just being blind? (If so apologies BTW.) It was the first bit of vaguely interesting info we've had on here for days.
And why were people so hard on the guy? "Man posts rumour on internet gossip website, shocker", its hardly a capital crime, is it? Such hypocrisy: we all come on here to learn gossip about what's going on at the club. I agree maybe it wasn't such a good idea to name the source for his story - as Gee later acknowledged - but half the people jumping down his throat wd have been the very people demanding: "where did you hear that? What is your sauce?" Others have used this forum for far worse, such as to soften the fan base up to sack a manager etc; that alas is the internet age. I don't remember those threads being removed; indeed they were repeated, again and again.
I found it an interesting bit of info and don't see why a fan (who, for the record I don't know) should be sent to Coventry for livening up the site.
