Spoke to Marc Bircham's brother today and Marc says that whilst Faurlin has lots of tricks in training,he can't see him adapting to the rigours of Championship matches.He had no news on Pellicori,and claims R's have made an approach to Beckford but his agent thinks his man is destined for the Premiership.R's also spoke again to Lita but their interest cooled when he's expecting £25/30,000 a week.Marc apparently said that any half-decent Championship strikers are pricing themselves out of a move to LR because they assume FB etc will pay top dollar because of his personal wealth.Hence us scratching around unknown and untried foreign imports.Don't shoot the messenger if any of this information proves incorrect,its just feedback I'm getting from MB's brother who naturally speaks to him a lot as well as being a QPR supporter.

I got passed detail that is based on opinion from someone that knows someone. So what I will do is paste it all over a message board and name the person who allegedly said it. Great plan. Have you not learnt.

OK,OK.I seem to have upset quite a few people.I thought this was a Rangers fans website to share information about our beloved team.Day after day and thread after thread we read other peoples views and opinions and I must admit there's been a lot worst said on this site and rumours are rife.This was a genuine conversation held today and I thought fellow supporters would be interested to know what was said and the possible reasons why we've not been able to sign the sort of striker most of us would like to see playing in hoops..Obviously not.Therefore I apologise unreservedly if I've upset anyone.In future I will desist in posting anymore threads on any subject on QPR.Good I hear you say.But you won't stop me replying or reacting to other peoples threads that I disagree with.A bit like you do to me.Ban me if you will and if thats the course of action you want to take,let me take this opportunity to thank ScottJones for all his help in the past and Dexterforengland for all his support and banter - they both bought a ray of sunshine into this sad old boys life.

Slight overreaction. Replies were aimed at one specific post, and mostly at one specific point in that post and the fact you named a member of staff to a negative comment.

It probably wasn't meant as a post to annoy but 'loose lips sink ships' and all that.

I know,you're right of course,I wasn't thinking.I suppose I thought that if I wrote " spoke to a guy today who is the brother of a member of staff at QPR" it would have been more prudent on hindsight,but thought I may be asked "who was the member of staff ?" so thought I'd mention it from the off.

For what its worth..my IMHO on this...

Birch has always been outspoken - rightly or wrongly at times BUT its refreshing to see and welcome!!! So, he aint sure if the kid will make it in the coca cola championship? Well Birch never has done so thats not worth debating ;).

Everything else in the post I believe to be true and not anything OTT so no issues.

When QPR where more of a "family club" we got this kind of info more readily, and it was honest and heartfelt, I hope Birch decides to post here if im honest.

Agree with all of that post Scott, well done for allowing free speech. Am sure it is not easy on occasion deciding what to let through but if a fan picks up genuinely interesting info they should be allowed to post.

As for Krill, wasn't having a go at you in the other thread. Its a great website and a big credit to those who work on it. Just think we should enjoy it rather than having a pop at each other.
