Ive used them before, and they do normally post them pretty close to the event. You might wanna chase them up if you havnt received a confirmation email though. I received the email some time back, and the money has gone out, so hopefully here soon.

My Girlfriend chased ours up yesterday as they still say Awaiting Despatch.
Seatwave said that the seller is still waiting for the tickets to arrive so he can send them to me (I find this a bit suspect)
How can someone sell tickets in a certain Block and Seat Number if they dont already have them!!!

Agreed, initially it does sound suspect, but effectively they act as an authorised tout if you like, or that's how I understand it. I could well be wrong? I would suspect that for them to have so many tickets all in one section of the ground, they are not actually tickets sold by individuals through the site as they are indicating, But tickets bought directly by seatwave for selling. Again could be wrong, but I'd be guessing what they told you was a bog standard answer they give to any question along the lines of "where are my tickets"

Just got this via e-mail from Seatwave
Your tickets have now been dispatched and will be with you soon.
Your unique tracking number: CZ8065855434
How can I check the status of my ticket delivery?
You can check the up-to-date status of your delivery by entering the tracking number here on the Royal Mail website. Please allow up to 24 hours for Royal Mail to update their system.
If your unique tracking number does not end in 'GB', it is likely that the seller has sent these tickets through another courier and you will not be able to track their progress through Royal Mail. Please email us, quoting your order number, to find out the status of your ticket delivery.
Where are my tickets being sent?
You'll need to sign for the tickets when they are delivered. If there is no one to sign for them, Royal Mail will leave you a note with collection instructions.oldhoop

When you use Seatwave/Viagogo/Getmein you not not buying tickets from them, you are buying through them. The sellers are private individuals who need to arrange a courier to collect, normally DHL. If the tickets arrive late to your seller it means they will be late getting to you. If the seller changes their mind, or the tickets get lost you want get your order. In this situation the the buyer protection comes in and they will send you 150% of the cost of your order as compensation.
This way of buying is similar to ebay, just that there is a fanguard compensation if the seller doesn't fullfill the order
