crowds have remained pretty static for last 20 seasons. 1 exception.

Below is a list of Championship matches with higher attendance.
Brighton v Leeds attendabce 20,000
Derby v Millwall 24,000
Middlesbrough v Ipswich 17,000
West Ham V Peterbrough 29,000

Also open up the tarpaulin covered seats in the school end, we'd sell them, other clubs with stands that hang over the home supporters don't restrict the seats. (It's the main reason they have given the **** the whole end as it makes the club more money).
Just make the section smaller in the lower loft say just half of it and the rest for general sale

I started going to games when I was 9; no way I'd have wanted my parents in tow??? I just don't get these "family stands" - don't mind half price seats for U16s but cordoning off whole sections for families is daft in our small stadium. Just let kids, adults, families buy tickets for wherever they want.

Great posts indeed. I can summarise it as having 16,000 loyal fans is better than having 20,000 glory seekers at Old Trafford or Stamford Bridge plus the issue of ticket prices and other expenses that many cannot afford. Fair play to all QPR fans who can afford and cannot afford. Cheers for everyone who have made the picture clear.QPR fan since1987

Build it and they will come. Our stadium is always 85% full and attendances have consistently been around 14k for years. Stop slating people for not paying 40 notes for a **** restricted view seat in the Loft. It's not worth it. A 30k stadium reasonably priced seats would see us on an attendance par with no Mark clubs like Hull and Brighton
