Good luck to him and, as a few have already said, played a vital role in our promotion last seasonYou should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Great bloke and top pro.
I just think at his age he needs to be playing and he was never going to make our bench in all fairness. Warnock wants the bench to be mainly attacking options which is understandable. At the moment Fitz Hall would appear to be first choice replacement at centre back if someone gets injured and Matt Connolly can play anywhere across the back. Hill is limited in that he can only play at left back and I think at centre half at this level is just too much for him.
Will always have a place in our history. Good luck Clint.First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

Good luck Clint indeed. Fine player for us last season - pure work ethic and commitment. Hope he is on immediate recall indeed.
Been interesting to see the Forest fans reaction - many of them see him as just what they need (committed, tough tackling defender) whereas others seem to think he is a thug and a dirty player that they wouldn't want wearing the shirt!
The latter viewpoint is a real shame as I don't think Clint is a thug in any way. I think perhaps his slight lack of pace results in a few late challenges and perhaps that's why he is seen as dirty. I see him as competitive. Don't think there is an ounce of malicious intent in any bad challenges from Clint.
