This was in a pub with kids in it. Other people who were in no way involved. The pub itself is a business,, that would have to deal with the clean-up, insurance claims and so on (I don't know how much damage was done tbf, but you get my point). Any of these idiots ended up in hospital would need treating by people like Cait (and would be done regardless of why they were there).

This never happens in isolation, it always impacts, and always negatively.

Supressed confused sexuality, annoyance at their boring lives and their disassociation with people and society, not understanding certain things in life bring greater pleasure than hate and violence against fellow man.
