I went back to PES 11 from Fifa 11 a few months back and love it, so have focused more on PES 12 than fifa, although will try that also, but stick with pro if good.
Feedback ive seen is all good for new pes and the demo seemed good. Action a lot smoother, ie between movements / animations, such as a hussled jumping chest into a couple of strides for balance and shot... looked great.
Had a play with the off the ball controls (you can choose to select an off the ball player and move him if you wish, as well as your main controlled player). Will take some getting used to but opens up the potential of the game tenfold imo. Example i was running through midfield, pretty central and took control of my striker with the intention to run him along the line and wide of the CB so i could slot a through ball to him.... however, his run then led to the AI CB tracking him whcih then created a hole in the centre of their defence which i then used to run my midfielder through instead of passing.
I think it will be awesome as have heard brilliant things about the AI from people who've played code for ages now on PESFAN and the like. Only slight concern is that is seemd s bit quick, moreso than 2011... we'll see though.

Aaahh you ken!
As for the PS3 demo - I think they only update store once a week in EU, but that may be Wednesdays, so should be there today.
I will get this one on the 360 though.

Ultimately the same game, they've just split the defensive elements up controlwise, so to do second man, pressure and the tackle you need to press A, RB and B on the xbox. Seems alot more based on timing. Going forward players seems to have tighter control of the ball and the skills come off a bit more impressively, ultimately same engine which is disappointing I thought they were going to overhaul the whole thing like they do every so often.
Regardless I'm getting Pes and Fifa as were in the top flight :| were going to be in pes ffs!

Am looking forward to trying the Fifa 12 but if it is anything like 11 and the noises are not good at the moment I'm going to get PES12 first. It just might be Konami's year this season
