Every time he took on a man, it looked like he would lose the ball, but he has an uncanny kanck of hanging on to it.

Some top crosses from him too.

I won't lie, I really wasn't sure about him when he signed (a Gooner mate has been slating him to me for about 3 years) but on last night's evidence, he could be a very astute signing
A blog of my first season ticket, and QPR's return to the Premiership after 15 years

im still not sure, he looked the weakest link in our defense last night. I am going to reserve judgement until he has afew matches under his belt

1 of those players that can aford a poor touch because ehs so blooming quick he recovers and keeps the ball! looks dangerous going forward, exciting player.

Arsenal fans would slate him, they may be right in saying he was pony, but thats by Arsenals standards, we are no where near their standard (yet ) and so players that arent quite upto their starting 11 but are on the fringes of their first team are going to be very useful additions to a side like us.

Once he starts getting games under his belt and few good performances, fans singing his name etc his confidnce will come back and who knows how good he can be. He had an awful lot of potential as a younger lad and he could still fulfill that with the guidance of Sir Neil!
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Thought he looked good, hope hamstring not too bad also good on the ball controlled it tried to play one time pulled the ball down on his knee and wanted to play with respect to Clint Hill he would have just put his boot through it back to their keeper.

                He did.

I always rated this guy and he is class, and i htink was in the Arsenal reserves that got to the league cup final a few years back and very nearly beat Chelsea (in their pomp). They certainly did better than their 1st team who embarrassed themselves against Birmingham last year that's for sure. He just hasn't been given many chances there.

I thought he played excellently when on the pitch, so not sure what people are referring to about him losing the ball... i can't recall any sloppy play from him. He is strong, quick and solid at the back and will prove a massive asset for us going forward.
