It will be for loss of earnings, as hus full wage and contract will be made up of bonuses for apprearance money, goals scored and a win.
Since his injury he has never gained full fitness and is blaming QPR for this therefor due our negligence he was unable to play and collect his bonus.
Since we only lost 6 times last year, and i bet he didnt get his full bonus for us getting promoted (due to apeparances) this i would imagine would add up to quite a considerable sum.
I bet he has a no win no fee lawyer so what has he got to lose, nothing.
Not saying he is right as I cant stand him after his twitter burst and claims like this **** me off but that is what i would expect the lawsuit to be aboutOne for all.... and all for one

This is just getting ****ing ridiculous in this country now.
How the **** can he claim for loss of earnings,we,ve paid him to sit on his ####.
Footballers don't realize how lucky they are. They get their money no matter what.
Injuries are part and parcel of the job,and partly why they get paid so well.

I don't get what he is suing us about? He isn't good enough for the first team ...Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

i hope this is true, it will give our lawyers the chance to destroy his professional reputation (he gave up trying, we all know that) and take him for those hundreds of thousands he's screwed the club for in wages
i'd laugh my nuts of seeing that fat flash t0sspot skintI don't care about morals 'cause the world's insane and we're all to blame anyway

Besides all that I'm pretty sure the article is a load of old rubbish. Poorly written 3 paragraph article in the People doesn't exactly hold much credibility!
