  • Whats the most you have paid for a match ticket?

I see that it looks like we will be paying about £49 for our Fulham tickets but whats the most you have paid to watch a game of football?

We paid £60 I think it was for a ticket to see England play Russia in Moscow and I think the ticket for the Kazakstan game in Almaty was even more

If a game to watch QPR was to cost say £60 then I would have to really consider going or not as I think that would be my absolute max at the moment

I paid £60 once off a tout outside Loftus Road to watch us get smashed, 6-0 by Arsenal in the FA Cup.

Do we still get touts outside the ground?

Went over to Barca for the champions league semi final against United, paid 350 euros of a tout....worth every penny though.

£500 to watch England v Australia at Lords in the 1st test 5 years ago when we won the Ashes. The face value was £17. When we got to our seats these 2 young kids were sitting in our seats. We asked them to move and they showed us there re- issued tickets. They had been stolen in the post!!! We spent the whole day trying to find empty seats!!! Never again

Probably the £50 I spent getting my dad a ticket for the Bolton game.

Which seems a bit shameful since I saw England beat Australia at Lords for the first time since 1930 for £25 (and we bowled them out in under 20 overs so I got half that back)
A blog of my first season ticket, and QPR's return to the Premiership after 15 years

$500 for two tickets for the Patriots v Ravens at Foxboro in the NFL Play Offs. From the Hotel Concierge in Boston (effectively a touting service) - face value was $150 each so I didn't feel too robbed.

tried to sell 2 x tickets for opening ceremony at world cup 2006. Germany v cosa rica. got one bloke up to 900 euros outside ground then decided to go in as not often you'll get to see that.

                              and i won the tickets.

there was about a hundred of us english winners in a little section surrounded by germans supporting the costan's and when they scored we erupted...one of those had to be there moments, well funny
Thank **ck thats all over with !!! need a holiday!!!
