Footballers and pop stars are ten a penny Katy Perry was a bit swoony when she turned up last season though.

Always loved F1 and as the drivers tend to live in Monaco or Switzerland, appearances off duty in the UK have always been more fleeting. Been down to Goodwood a couple of times and got to meet Damon Hill (this was during his 4 episode run as The Stig), Mansell, Barichello and Niki Lauder.

Years ago when I was working at Vodafone, then sponsoring Ferrari, we had Ross Brawn come in and deliver a couple of motivational seminars for the management team. Perhaps not the most engaging public speaker but hugely enjoyable for an F1 nerd!
