Originally posted by Cambs Hoops View PostFirstly they stated a few weeks ago that the new shirts won't be available until the end of September. As already said above you can pre order them. The membership card is mostly used these days, you just need to print off the receipt for booking the tickets and present it to the stewards. The seat number will be on this, quite simple so no need to panic.
Enjoy the game

I'm not sure if this is common knowledge or not - but TF is the most pro-active kind of boss you could wish to meet. He liaises with and treats his staff in the same way as he does us - as in talks to us, twitters, invites competitions to sit with him and stuff like that.
So far as his other businesses are concerned, he has a policy, once a month, of being a member of staff, so to speak.
For example, he has worked on customer service, ticket sales and other counter kiosks, he has also done in-flight stewarding and probably just about every job you can imagine. It serves the purpose of allowing him to assess his workers, relate to them and show them that everyone is a part of the happy family.
It is a brilliant tool and I understand he uses it in all his businesses.
It will therefore be no surprise if, in the coming months/years, he spends time working with these people and he will be able to identify issues himself, perhaps some of them will feel more as though they are a part of the family, others will not respond and they will become a thing of the past.
It is however, an organic process and the current apathy is a sign of the times, not just with the shabby image portayed by the previous regime at QPR, it is endemic within our society.
Somehow though, Mr F seems to surround himself with people of a higher moral standard and I have no doubt that within the forseeable future, everything about our Club will have improved beyond recognition.
As much as our current monica is "in Neil we trust", very soon the same will be said of Tony Fernandes - well just so long as he treats this business in the same way as he does his others.#standuptocancer

I want to buy the 2015/16 shirt but the frigging club shop are full of monkey boys and is just plain crap, add to this the staff are just plain stupid because they don't even have a release date yet!
