I have just come from the club shop. So pathetic. No shirts, even the staff have no clue when. To be honest, it looked like a League 1 shop. Also went to the box office to ask about the my second ticket for the Newcastle that was not posted to me. They said I only need to present my membership card at matchday to get it. So strange. Are we realy a Premier League club?

Tickets used to be valuable memorabilia, now they are becoming just a string of numbers on a magnetic stripe/microchip.Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

Why are you surprised ? The old owners were never going to invest in merchandise when they wanted to sell the club, and the new owners have been far to busy investing in players to boost the squad, and reducing ticket prices to worry about the club shop. Once we have a shirt sponser no doubt the shirts will be available.

I can't believe people are seriously moaningUnder Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

We are Premier LeagueI blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles

priorities! id rather have the players sorted before the transfer window closed than a new shirt and no players....2011-2013, 2 seasons in the Premiership, 76 games, 14 wins........two years of my life I'll never get back!!
2013/2014 mediocrity topped off with a win at Wembley....
2014/2015 was pretty much the same as 2011-2013.....
2015/2016, average at best.....
2016/2017, same old, same old....
2017/2018, aim low, avoid disappointment!
Its the hope that kills you!

Well I was there earlier and thought that the staff were the worse thing about it. While waiting to be served - no queue by the way, think I was the only person in there - i was fully informed of one members issues with a "boy" and who likes who and whether or not they should get rid of them on facebook.
Then no hello, please, thank you or goodbye.
Only for I had to get a present I would have left.
I think the staff need to become more preofessional, manners costs nothing!
