What do you believe to be the priorities for QPR moving forward?

Academy. Without it our kids cannot play the likes of Spurs, Chelski, Arsy and wet Spam.
Gotta be number one priority. Then the best sponsorship we can find, I'm sure Tony will deal with that no problem.

It's all well having an accadamey but it's very difficult hanging onto anyone decent once the big boys come sniffing. For me building the fan base and tapping into the Asian Market is the way forward generating a greater revenue which will finance a stronger squad capable of competing every week

I dunno. A lot of Prem clubs tend to keep their starlets long enough to bring them into the first team. They can then make good money from the sale of them, which in turn gives us money for transfer funds etc.

It's certainly the way forward.
