I had purchased a ticket for a friend using my super hoop facility for the Newcastle game prior to going on general sale and during the period when the club was controlled by the ones we no longer mention.
The voucher is valid until 30 October 2011 and I have 3 options
    A) exchange for cash at box office
    B) use to purchase tickets at box office
    C) use to purchase at club store
If not used by the said date, the money goes to QPR in the community.
I would guess season ticket refunds will take a similar form.
Thanks Tony Fernandes you should run for Prime Minister.
I had played works football and had twisted my ankle and was lying on the sofa feeling sorry for myself and was going to bed when I saw the envelope, didn't initially open it fearing it was a dreaded bill but it felt peaceful and out popped the voucher, well well happy, good night everyone especially Joey and Adel and Tony and Amit and his father in law and Paddy and Mr Derry and Sir Neil and the rest of the team, squad, back room staff and front counter staff and fans and local publicans
What did original ticket cost you? I'll use that percentage to estimate what i might get back on season ticket!

In fairness, I think the mechanics of giving thousands of people who've purchased in different ways a wedge of cash back may take a while.

Bet the admin staff we thrilled when they heard!

The lower loft is the designated family stand, hence why individuals cannot purchase tickets there - all sorts of issues including the Child Protection Act - selling a ticket to a single Adult in a child populated zone is questionable (in the eyes of the CPA). Maybe the Villa tickets were allowed because it was 2 people? That's a guess - but the issue to address with TF is perhaps a plan to move the family stand somewhere else?

Originally cost me £45 so with the fiver back, it'll be around a 12% discount.
If this reduction is going to be the amount the club will use in relation to season tckts then I would estimate I'll be getting about £85 back on my gold s/t.
I do hope gib got a response to his letter and that queries such as these are treated with priority and seriousness they deserve.
I remember a line from fever pitch where buying your first season ticket was likened to buying your first house, bloody annoying to have to move after all those years due to unscrupulous property developers like tango and cash.
