Talked about how it was a decision they made together
How he thought he still had a lot to offer even for the national side
Wanted to move back to London be near family as well
Has no issues with the club after that incident with a fan, always liked QPR said he found it intimidating on the pitch here at times and Stan Bowles was on of his heroes.
Also hinted about interest from other clubs but once you do a medical you should demonstrate loyalty
Also loves the Manager, said it was a no brainer

Asked about abuse he got, which I took to mean when he was a player but Ian was talking about the fan who gave him abuse when swp scored in carling cup against us for city. Said he always liked qpr, initimdating pitch to play at, stan bowles, a club that is going places. Warnock was key to decision, old school manager and so on. Apparently club came in last minute but Ian said he wouldn't do that to Neil after swp had had his medical. Club must have been stoke, Pullis is a right ****.
