I think we can look at better than 17th now. Before the window always said that 4th from bottom would be a massive achievment.

But Swansea, Norwich, Blackburn - all worse than us before the winodow and now we are definately ahead of them. Throw in the other weaker teams like Wolves, Wigan(forget that match), West Brom, Bolton (forget that match) and now Everton and we could do better than you think!
