Great signing ! Albeit not "officially official" but I think we can safely say he is a Ranger now (famous last words!). Now a CB and, if being greedy, a striker (although I do think in DJ and Bothroyd we have 2 more than capable strikers as it is) and were ready to and mix it with the PL elite!! Ok, maybe not elite... but certainly the likes of Wigan, Swansea, Norwich, Newcastle, Wolves & Blackburn
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

I dont want to get carried away, but I do feel its worth pointing out that our prevoius squad I thought was capable of beating Swansea and Norwich as i can see them both going back down. I know they signed there players early but Swansea look very light going forward and i cant see them getting enough goals, while Norwhich look very ordinary. Norwich may have scored more goals but cant keep a clean sheet and two of there goals have been mix ups.

For me these signing will move us forward to the next phase and allow us to complete Newcastle, Wolves , Wign, Everton (who we BEAT), Sunderland, Fulham IMHO
One for all.... and all for one

Tbf thats true mate. Missed Fulham off that list, I think we are more than capable of beating them. Although, despite a poor start, I think Sunderland will come good. Signed alot of new a good players in the summer, think it's just a case of letting them gel.

As you say, dont wanna get carried away, but i cant seem any reason why wecant be pushing for almost a top half finish, somewhere around 12th?

FANTASTIC SIGNING. POSSIBLY OUR BEST EVER.

A classy centre half and foward and we'll be set up for a great season
