London Pride has been handed down to us.
London Pride is a flower that's free.
London Pride means our own dear town to us,
And our pride it for ever will be.

Can't believe I put 1997 in my earlier post, missed 30 years, must have been the LSD!
Jeffro, my point was to suggest you were perhaps spoiling for a row tonight by cherry picking a few words and dangling the rod, but when someone got offended and put it back the other way you suggested it was there fault.
I was trying to provide a balanced view on the whole thing but clearly in the last few hours a few of the lunatics have taken over the assylum and the whole thing has now changed a bit!
Anyway, I only came on this late to find out if anyone had seen SWP in the hizzle :impatient:#standuptocancer

the lsa raise money for various charities, ran the "community cup" for years on the loftus road pitch, we run coaches to most games outside london, we hold an annual kids xmas party.....
we used to meet the club regularly but flav and bern probably dried them up but we would hope to meet the club asap to GET BEHIND THEM.
the LSA does have a voice within the qpr community, just as the osc do and some other fan groups and fanzines, watrbs has a large community and can be a lively mbm but i can't see why anyone is upset with a pretty welcoming open letter, feel free to join and demand an egm or attend our agm, raise your concerns, others have.
i am a committee member that assists with the travel, i am a life member paying £50 to do so, i was one of the first to join up and went onto the pitch v man city to protest at talk of mergers with FULHAM, would you be supporting FULHAM PARK RANGERS now without that protest?
i am not saying the lsa is always right but do feel loyal to them and qpr in general.
the letter was taken either from the lsa mb or from the lsa facebook page for your info.

I think some people around here need to learn how to read. Then they need to look words up in a dictionary before using them in their posts.

If you want to join you can for a fiver. The entrance to the Springbok is by the burger van and there will be a LSA committee member there to help you. It's normally a bloke called Steve. He posts on here sometimes.

I'm currently doing the LSA memberships, you would be most welcome to join just pm me and I'll let you have all the details or as has already been said come and see us on the door of the LSA bar at the Springbok and you can join up there or just have a chat about what we do.
Regarding John Reid's letter to the new board on behalf of the LSA, John is a lovely bloke who does a lot of work on behalf of the LSA but I'm sure he would welcome your thoughts on his letter, I'm sure he didn't mean it to come the way you read it.
