Dont want Austin as he was the one that turned down Blackpool last year because a) he was greedy and wanted more money or b) he didnt have the faith in his own ability to do it at that level and thinks he would be found out and therefore not be able to get another big money move.

at least we are paying silly wages to people who have proved themselfs at the top level and who are still hungry to acheive things.
