  • The Positives - Don't worry be happy.

    1. We are 11th in the league.
    2. There are 8 teams below us, all who have not yet won a game.
    3. We are the highest of the promoted teams and the only one of the 3 to win a game.
    4. We have just signed two very good prem players with more to come next week.
    5. Ticket prices have been reduced and we have someone in charge now who is going to back Neil.

So all is not lost, don't worry be happy.

Agreed, and with more signings to come, looks good.

If I am honest, these bunch of players have done better with the ball than I thought they would , so once we add more quality I feel we will be OK.
    Kept the faith!

I'm not worried at all mate. That was virtually a reserve side out today.

Few of the teams below us have only played 2 games also...

4/5 signings and we will be fine.

Yeah but none of them had played the last two games with a teamsheet that was worse on paper than their championship team...we gave done great to get three points with the players we have had at our disposal and what with the virus as well.

Agree mate, 3 points on the board is good for what we had. Now we can kick on!

Yep....just a shame games like Bolton at home and Wigan away came early....could have done with getting some big teams out of the way whilst we are not fully ready....Agreed though...onwards and upwards now!!

....and the worst gd so far in the prem!
Think we'll be fine though with new additions..as many have said, season will kick start v geordies.

Looking back now on the game I feel quite happy ! Hitting the post 3 times in the match and not having DJ and bothroyd paying the whole game has cheered me up, plus we have Barton

I'm not worried. We've got a busy week of signings and that's more exiting then the result today ( even if we had won )

To add Bruno Andrade and Harriman looked decent
                          Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                          And many more mistakes

Indeed. Was most impressed with the two youngsters.

However I dont buy into all this "the season starts against Newacaste" nonsense. It started against Bolton and evey point is vital.
