I think he's ours.
He doesn't want to get relegated - that rules out Wigan.
He wants regular first team football and he wants to become a star in a smaller club - Rules out Stoke and Bolton.
I think we are able to offer him a better deal than Stoke and Bolton are theese days.

Just my personal thoughts tho.
