Ok they have got 2 lucky goals but we have zero pace. When they break they do it with speed. WR gave us something last season but we now don't have 1 player this is capable of running at a player with pace and beating them. I really think SWP would be a huge signing for us and needed more than anything. I really hope we get in and then sign some more defenders. I wouldn't mind jenas to as i'm still not convinced with Faurlin

I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it! -

lack of pace... well how did we hit the post 3 times.. if we werent quick enough to attach....lack of pace wasnt the reason we let goals in today ...
what is wrong with you... just take the hit we lost but played well, Adel was brillaint today... and we will get better as the season goes on,...
we could have had usane (spelling) bolt up front wouldnt have made any differance and he probably would have hit the post....Comment

AS a result, everyone has slated the player, and Warnock for his decision. LEt's not forget we've been decimated by the virus meaning we had restricted options.
I liked the look of Andrade though... Only on a few mins but has a trick to beat his full back and whipped a terrific ball across the 6 yard box, but nobody got on the end of it.... showed promise.Comment

so he didnt hit the post twice... and his movement wasnt fantastic and he didnt have about 8 shots... granted he didnt score.. but just becuase he doesnt score, doesnt mean he is ########...Comment

Adel wasnt brilliant today. He did OK and was unlucky not to score but he gives the ball away far to much. We gifted Wigan far to much possession and thats why they broke so many times. Could have got closer to Di Santo but they were worldys to be fair.
Barton and SWP will make a massive differenceComment

Think someone told our players you get more time on the ball in The Premiership. Think they've taken that as gospel because I've lost count of how many times we've been slow to release the ball and been caught in possession. Thought everyone was guilty of that today.Comment

Don't happen very often but have to agree with you 100%. We were poor for most of the game today. Why didn't we go there and attack them. We set our shape out early and I thought we were simply far too slow today. The trouble is with Derry, Buzz and Faulin in the same side we simply have the slowest 3 central midfielders in the league. Badly need SWP or someone with similar pace. In fact I hope we sign him and Pounchen. Taarabt needs a few games in the reserves too, still looks two weeks behind in fitness.
Oh and don't anyone dare rattle my cage with regards to that two lump of sh1te we started with up front!!! I think my old chap that swings between my legs could do more on a football pitch than that turnip. GGGRRRRRR Division 1 striker at best.Comment
