Weve brought in Barton, a great signing, absolutly buzzing and he was on a free.

A lot of pundits were saying we would be relegated/bottom etc because we didnt spend any money. (I would just like to add we are the only promoted side to win a game yet)

I just wondered out of all of our frees how much would you value them at?

Bothroyd has been quality when Ive seen him, I would say around £3 million

Gabbidon has looked solid possibly £1-2 million

Dyer - Unknown yet

Barton - I would of not blinked if we spent £5-6 million on him.

Yet Norwich and Swansea spent around £10 million I think they have overpaid and not really got anyone (with the exception of Sinclair) that I think was worth it

Yeah i think situation has changed though, if these people had been in charge at the start of the new season then the signings would have been different.
