Wow didnt expect to see that today, IF true, I'm chuffed, adding some much needed pace into our side! Cheered me up abit after the whole Barton seeingly distancing himself malarkey!

yea - there is his height to consider.....

Talksport usually get all of their facts from the back pages and SKY Sports News though as they have no credible journos, so not sure how reliable this is.

They probably had a button monkey look on here and made the rest up.!

nearly had a bet on him to join Bolton las week, as it seemed very likely, but I couldn't find any odds anywhere. Good job really I spose

I'm getting a little weary of this next big one mirage; the crowds flock and convince one another that they saw the statue move. It didn't, until we hear it on the offy it's complete tosh.

Too small, too old, yesterday's man and is Ian Wright's stepson.

Not tosh, just unconfirmed on unfinished. Transfers have to start somewhere. Its just nowadays we hear about them earlier along with every twist and turn. Only a few years ago we had to wait till it was in the Standard the following afternoon when it was done and dusted.

To have a next big signing, you need to have a first one.... and we're still waiting.
