Wouldn't like to see him go (Adel) but if I'm honest hasn't looked any better than anyone else the last 3 games & I respect the fact he's fasting & not fully fit etc etc but at the same time a lot of us did say the step up would be difficult & its proving so.
If he stays excellent.
If he goes so be it.

And, as your nut shell summarised, if its gotten to the stage even Neil wants him out, then it must be the best decision for the club and so its got to be taken. Tbh, it wouldtn suprise me if hes thrown his toy out of the pram and is barely giving 50% effort due to his move to PSG fallnig through, he comes across as the sort that would do that, rather than work his b0ll0x off to impress other sides.
As you say, we are now in a position to buy replacements anyway IF he goes. Even without buying anybody though, a midfield an forward line of:
Derry Faurlin
DJ Barton Buzz
Bothroyd
aint too shabby! You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

He may go, but pure specualtion that NW doesn;t want him.
Managers cannot keep players even if they want to - not even Arsenal as seen this week.
If NW doesn't want him - why does he keep playing him, let him play almost free when he wants, let's him take all the free kicks and corners he wants, keeps him on when he is playing poorly and when he talks about him he praises him from the rooftops?
NW would not want to get rid of any of the better players.
