      RIP Ray.
Tragic and unnecessary loss of lives, as well as the unfulfilled talent he had, even if he had fulfilled it at another club.
Remembering him and the families of all those whose lives were cut short that day.
(No doubt people will come on this thread and point out it was his fault, but that doesn't make the tragedy any less tragic, nor the memories any less sad.)
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

          RIP.
          Yes, it was Burnley.
If Ray hadn't been carrying an injury, he would have probably been up there and safe with the squad.
          Fate is so cruel.

Can't believe it's nearly 4 years since the day I went to the Southampton game and celebrated his life, RIP Ray.

RIP. Remember being in The George in Hammersmith (now a Bellushis) when he scored THAT goal v Cardiff. Never forget that moment. Went mental. "And it's Ray Jones the teenager"...

I was in Dubai when the news broke. I remember his goal against Cardiff and how loud I was singing and shouting! He would of been an amazing footballer. Was almost in tears after he went.

Have the club still kept his squad number free?

                      RIP Ray.

Would have been a Rangers legend.

Blimey, I didn't realise 4 years had passed. I didn't go to Burnley but remember the Ray Jones day at home to Southampton, they tanked us 0-3 but no one cared for the result it was such an emotional day. I have to say that the Saints fans were great that day too.

RIP Ray, a talent we have missed
