i went last night to try to get some idea of what his strengths are, well hes a strange player really he dosnt seem to have any movement off the ball
maybe im being unfair to judge him on just one performance

his strength is his bravery, but if he isnt taught how to move about,he wont be able to score more than about ten goals a season

of course i hope im proved wrong

I, personally, thought he looked a class act. Every time the ball was played into he he held it up, played a pass. Not once can I remember him losing the ball. Sprayed some excellent passes around and is very very strong. Him holding that ball up with Smith, DJ and Adel making runs off him could cause alot of problems this year I think.

No movement off the ball? Did you watch Everton or Bolton.

Bolton he run his nuts off and was one of our only plus points of the match seeing what he did and at Everton on Saturday he was all over the pitch when he came on, despite having this 'virus'. There was even times when he was covering our bloody defence!

Cardiff fans complained all last season about his laziness off ball and his disinterest in a lot of games. Hoping Warnock can do something with him because he is another of those players with "attitude problems". Also well known to spend a lot of the time on the floor holding his ankle or calf after the slightest touch...guess time will tell

I thought he looked good, one of our better performers last night. He did seem frustrated at times though when Murphy kept lumping long balls up to him. But, difficult to judge anyone on last nights showing.

Too right aswell. This wasnt Murphys fault at all, you could see him often looking for the defenders giving him an option short, but everytime Murphy got the ball, our defence turned and run to halfway line. Schoolboy stuff, I only play amateur football and I know the full backs need to be giving the keeper an option wide, lumping the ball down the middle is only guna result in 1 thing and thats the ball being headed straight back own your throats by a big ugly centre back happy to deal with that all day.

He was responsible for the best moment of the entire night

Bruno Perone has the ball at his feet and looking to make a pass. Hogan is in front of him making the play it to my feet gesture.

Perone does that whole "ooh who am I going to pass it to!" feints over and over. It goes on for ages.

Then a booming voice echoes around the quarter full Loftus Road

"BRUNO GIVE HIM THE ****ING BALL!"
A blog of my first season ticket, and QPR's return to the Premiership after 15 years

Exactly mate. Don't bother argueing with an armchair supporter. Those that go who have half a brain know the score fella. Not evening worth running the risk of getting flat fingers bashing your keys replying to this fella. Did more at Everton in the short space of time that he was on the pitch than Agyemang has done in his entire QPR career.

It was Hogan who had the ball actually.
