Even if we wanted him. Players aren't allowed to be sent out on loan till they're 17. Seeing as Raheem is only 16 this is out of the question

Are you certain? I'm pretty sure that's not true. I know they cannot sign a pro contract until 17, but I am confident they can be loaned.
