My views on the names being bandied around -

Right Back - Walker, wont happen. If he doesn't start tonight he'll be on the bench, and I suspect he'd start if it wasn't ManU.
I'm sure he's very much in Harrys plans.
Simpson ? Not too familiar with him, is he any good ?

Left back - Bertrand - Yes please.

Centre Back (assuming Gorkks leaves and Danny not considered) Onouhra (?) Yes please.
Ridgewell - yes also, can either of these play FB ?

Winger - SWP, yes please, but what will his father say ?
Puncheon, no thanks. Hopefully we're aiming higher.

Marquee signing -
Parker - would be great, but I suspect others will pay more in wages, plus age is not on his side regards resale value.
Cole (J) - would be good if he could stay fit, so as a loan, yes, but unlikely to buy.
Barton - my gut feeling is NO, too much baggage, not worth the trouble. But could Warnock get the best from him ? A dilema ?

Might we be in the market for another striker ? Now Clarkes gone ?

Ridgewell is a great CB and LB.

IMO, signing Onouha (4mill ?), Ridgewell (£3.5mill?), Bertarnd (loan), Bullard (free) and SWP (£2.5mill) really would be an amazingly well spent £10mill. Taking into account the deals already done, I cant imagine there's a single QPR fan that, last year, would have believed we would have made the following signings for a total of £11.25mill (plus the hefty wages obv!):

Gabbidon
Dyer
Bothroyd
Campbell
Onouha
Ridgewell
Bertrand
Bullard
SWP

and kept Adel. Couldnt ask for much more really! Although the above names are only speculation at the mo, I do feel well sign at least 2 of those. SHOULD such additions be made, I honestly think we could be pushing for a finish abour 12th/13th.

Onuoha played CB all last season with Sunderland. Him and Mensah looked like a solid pair together. Neil I think will bring some great loanees in and with some good players on permanent deals we should stay up.
