So good to see us back on there. Hanson pretty positive about us, too. And great that Neil giving the victory salute was the closing shot.

In other news, was encouraged how poor Blackburn looked - think they could struggle and their manager looks out of his depth. Wigan, despite two late chances, don't look all that. Have to say, though, impressed by Swansea. Routs looked good, though interesting the pundits reckoned they might lack a cutting edge even with Graham.

Disagree with the comments regarding swansea, they should have been beaten, two against the woodwork and a pen saved, i think they are nailed on to go down, and routs will be regretting his decision big time, and Graham looked ordinary !
but Blackburn and wigan will be in or around the bottom 3 !!!

I can't see Swansea scoring many goals & I think Wigan and Blackburn will struggle. Fancy fulham & newcastle to struggle too. Norwich remains to be seen but should also be in the relegation mix. We should be ok if we add 4 or 5 prem quality players such as swp, onoha etc

You could be right mate about Swansea - might prove to be the poor man's Arsenal, lots of pretty tippy tappy football but not much end product. Fair play to them though, if they do go down at least they will do so in some style (and then we can take Sinclair off them and tell Danny Graham that seeing as he seems to have settled in so well with a house near the Swansea training ground he should stay in it for several years to come .)

Still far too early to say who's going to struggle and who's not. Let's not be too judgemental on the Wigans and Blackburns yet; we are still many people's nailed on certainty for the drop which is galling after only two games and before our much anticipated smash and grab end of window signings. We'll have a better idea in January, but an away win in our second outing; who could ask for more?
