  • my retrospective thoughts about bernie

i dont know why but i think i have been perhaps a bit to hard on bernie i really did rip into him on my blog
and i think its unfair to expect a 84 year old chelsea fan to give us what we so desperately wanted
hate him or love him,he did never the less bring in the mittals, and having them as friends is a mighty good thing indeed

SO IF YOUR OUT THERE BERNIE,IM SORRY I WAS SO ABUSIVE,BUT YOU JUST DONT REALISE THAT QPR ISNT LIKE CHELSEA,WE ARE ALL THE SONS OF QPR FANS,OUR FANATASICM KNOWS NO BOUNDS,SOME PEOPLE DREAM OF WINNING ONE MILLION POUND ON THE LOTTERY BUT WE QPR FANS ARE HAPPY IN POVERTY,BUT WE HAVE ALL PROMISED OURSELVES A FA CUP
WE HAVE TO DO IT,AND NEIL WARNOCK WILL DELIVER,THATS FOR SURE

Personally I never thought Bernie was the problem. OK he didn't want to spend to much money, and that has frustrated many of us, but at least ne never tried to pick the team, sign poor players from Italy, and he was not responsible for the hiring and firing of managers.

Bernie never had a clue about running a club, doesn't particularly like football, never the problem just put money in and let Flavio try and ruin it.

I think his quote, 'If they played the World Cup in my back garden i wouldn't even open the curtains' summed up his interest in football. I don't know what the fk he was doing here, and am glad he's gone.
