  • THANK YOU Flav and Bern

Although these two nobs may have f*cked up first shot at the premiership in very long, I have to thank them for essentially saving the club and combined with Warnock, got us to the premiership.

Dont know whether you'll agree, I just think I at least owe them a message-board-thankyou.

Thanks for buying back then and selling right now, well-timed in both cases.
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

      Surely a wind up?

If not, whilst your there, thank them for increasing the clubs debt to over 50m quid and still managing to make a handsome profit out of their venture.

You could only have been more wrong if you'd decided to thank Mr. Paladini for HIS contribution...

        Thank you Bernie and Flavio

You took us over when we were in a mess and through your investment you took us to the Premier League.

Mistakes have been made and hopefully the new owners will forge stronger links with the fans.

        But thanks for your help

The club is in a better place now than it was when they took over. Both on and off the pitch.

No one can argue with that.

                      Agreed, and thanks.

Yes they've made big mistakes and upset many along the way, but we would not be anywhere near the premier league if it were not for them. Even in their wake their legacy remains as the likes of Mittal and Fernandes would also be nowhere near the club if it wasn't for their contacts.

Anyone who thinks otherwise is either naive or plain stupid.

Just becasue huge transfer fees have not been wasted on average players (which i'm thankful for also) many suggest they never stuck their hands in their pockets, conveniently ignoring the high wages we pay players and the fact free agents can command massive signing on fees, which in some cases aren't far off a standard transfer fee valuation, but it doesn't get disclosed in the press.

I can. The debt has increased under their tenure to the point where we are technically insolvent.

On the pitch, we are in the Big League and congrats for that, but the wage bill we were left with is around 120% of turnover. If that means nothing to you, then I am wasting my breath here...

Sadly the wage bill includes the cast off players of various managers that they sacked. But equally fans are among those shouting "ffs buy some players". The owners could not magic revenue, particularly with an 18,000 stadium, so in this particular respect not sure you can lay all the blame on the owners. Be very surprised if our wage bill gets lower than revenue any time soon, in fact suspect it will increase.
