I don't know if it has been put on my membership card but it didn't state that and said they would send both tickets.

That has happened to me before but when I open the envelope there was something in it ! It was the bill ticket statement but no ticket

Juat had a thought (First time for everything). Don't you have a membership card? Could they not have loaded the ticket on to there and what you received in the post was just your receipt?
