Parker or no Parker, my month just keeps getting better. Apart from that blip last Saturday, and the inevitable one coming up this weekend, of course.

Just knowing that those two are out makes me happy. Couple that with a certain investment, and more chance of job security for Neil...Well, I can't wait for the remainder of the season.

Let's wait and see chaps; we've been at points like this a few times before and been disappointed that the reality didn't match the hype. Not saying it won't happen as expected but look forward to the official announcement.

I doubt the Parker bid was/is anymore than a publiciity stunt, but..its a sign of intent. When was the last time we big anything decent for anyone? Even DJ it was just the minimum as of his contract....if we had to pat 2/3 mill for him he wouldnt be an R now!

One thing is for certain, Neil wont get any BS about his job safety with these lads iin charge...we may actually get run like a proper club! And us fans treated with some respect again!

Very very true. I said that mate, and they either played a very nice game or had a change of heart. Indeed, was specifically told that there was no way. no way at all that Bernie and flav would sell to them. I'd actually have concerns if Amit was the main man in charge - much prefer Tony running the gaff. Amit has the passion - of that there's no doubt but Tony is more qualified to run a company of our size and with our potential! He has a fantastic track record - he also is good mates with Branson and Branson invests in a lot of his companies. Again someone with a great track record of taking on the big boys and doing well.

With Amits personal passion and his ability to think like a fan and to care about us and what we think combined with Tonys business nouse, love for footy and track record....well..its the dream team
