Meaning we have spent 1.25m but did our thick owners think because we won the league we wouldn't need to spend big.

My opinion is we won a very weak league. Just look at southampton who have won there 1st 3 games. West ham beating watford 0-4. I actually think west ham will walk the league and southampton will have a chance to do a norwich.

They want to sell thats why we have been given no money it's just finding a fool willing to pay 100m for us seems that may have found that fool.

If anyone would know about the difference between NPC and PL it would be NW.

It's just that our owners wants to sell the club and usually when a businessmen wants to sell he would like to get as much money out of it as possible.
Thats why NW haven't got any transfer funds, because if T&C invested £10m a week before they're selling the club, they would be complete fools.

Fair enough thats your opinion mate, we all have them and all are respected. But mine is that that league wasnt weak at all. Just look at some of the players in that league last year that have been snapped up by PL clubs (Long, Graham, Morison), the side Norwich had, Cardiffs squad was very strong, clubs like Forest and Leeds were by no means poor. Yes, the bottom half werent too strong(other than Scunny.....) but the top half was full of quality sides.

Nobody can argue that last years league was the weakest it's been for a good number of years.

Weak league or not, there was 24 teams in it and we come out on top as Champions, and yes there is a huge leap in quality between the Championship and premier league as we discovered Saturday.

Yeh but some years there are 5 or 6 teams slugging it out for top 2, last year year there was 2 or 3. I'm not saying it was easy. But if it had been tougher maybe we would be mrs prepared.

True, but this could be taken to mean that the top 2 are just alot better? The year before us, Newcastle and WBA romped it too.

You forget that until the last few weeks there was Forrest, Leeds, swan, Norwich, Reading, Cardiff and us all with a shout. Don't think it was the strongest league ever but not an easy one. When you have players like Bellamy, king, James etc with prem experience. Also the championship is the fourth highest supported league in Europe I believe. But still a big step up to the prem.
