Worth a punt on loan I guess.

I think one of the major things to come out of Saturday’s beating is that we need some players with good premiership experience and not players who might do well. We have enough of the latter already.A man who has not made a mistake has made nothing

We seem to go for players that no one else is in for !!
When was the last time that we signed someone of high quality who was being chased by someone else and we outbid another club or offered higher wages ???
Our (hopefully) new board has got to realise that only the best of food can be served at the top table from now on and yesterdays leftovers simply won't do !!

Exatly what I learn from the game last night. From now on we have go for premiership-players. Puncheon played for Blackpool last year so if this is a start for better things to come I give him the benefit of the doubt.QPR

Whether he is good enough or not, where is he going to play. Our front three of Smith DJ and Bothroyd are not about to lose their place. What we need, in the system we play, is two good attacking fullbacks. Because we don't play with wingers it would give them ample room to attack down the flanks, just like Walker did for us, and look how effective that was last season. Because we play with two holding midfielders sometimes our attacking four don't have the support that's needed, with attacking wing-backs that will give us the numbers to break down defences, and give us more options when attacking.

It does look like being a long, hard, season at Loftus Rd.
