Man United
(No one there we could realistically get, plus they have injuries at the back)
Man City
(Wayne Bridge - on too much money and I don't rate. He has no pace)
The ****
(Heard today that they are reluctant to allow Ryan Bertrand to go out on loan at the moment)
Liverpool
(Have just signed Enrique and will want Insua for cover)
Arsenal
(Looking at their squad only Armand Traore stands out..........he's left footed, very quick, defensively a bit suspect as he is more a winger)
So out of all those options for a short term measure, then for me it would be Armand Traore.

We would still need RB as, as much as I ike the bloke and have stuck up for him, Orr just isnt PL material in my eyes. Maybe Clyne, what would he cost us; £3mill? If so, that would be £8mill (which is small fry in PL transfer terms, even for PL new comers like ourselves) for 3 very good quality defenders, 2 of which have PL experience.
IMO, 3 such buys would not only sort our defence out, but go along way to cheering our fans up!You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

How about Steven Kelly from Fulham - he was let go by Jol at Spurs and maybe a cheeky bid of £2.5m could tempt them again - can play right back or centre back.
Or even players from Sundarland they bought ten players this year surely they must need to get rid of some players - not Nyron Nosworthy though (actually he may have been sold aready not too sure).
