  • New Chairman?

With the new man in place (fingers crossed) soon, who will be our new Chairman?
I think T&C realise its a full time job running a football club, you need a figure head, the one who makes the decisions. If its Tony and he runs a F1 team, he'll be away a lot of the time so whos the Chairman on the front line?? Palladini? Will Flavio still have his fingers in the pie? This club needs to pull in the one direction, and needs a full time chair in place soon.

    Bhatia?
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

I think it will be Amit. But there is a late charge from davesviews according to a "source"
Only one of the voices in my head is crazy...

Lets hope so, because all this excitement at the moment, i dont see any difference with where we are now. IE a owner whos away, no-one knows who makes final decisions.

The only way Flavio should be let in after this is if he is prepared to pay for one of his hugely inflated season tickets

Agreed, but this has a Rangers feeling about it, something is not right.

Thought Bhatia ran a fairly major part of the Mittel empire - which financially m akes QPR look like chicken feed. An obvious solution would be to bring Saskia back if he has not gone off and done something else.

Bet he gets to keep his place on the board and gets to see the games whenever he likes without having any actual power

We need our ship under control again, look at Arsenal ( albeit on a different planet i know) two major share holders battling it out..
No one real leader, transfers are disappointing ( for them) about to lose two very significant midfielders, all clubs need a chair, not a owner, with a few major shareholders all making different calls.

Agree with that. I'd be happy with Saskia or Amit.

Ive got a horrible feeling he will buy a majority share in the club and elect Flavio as Chairman...

If a buy out happens i can understand and if the Mittals increase thier stake i think it will be Saksena reinstated, my worry is that its a smoke screen and Flav will stay as the platform of the premisership fits well in with his ego, and i dont think he will go that quick.

                            But fingers crossed
One for all.... and all for one

I'd like to see Briatore named as the new chairman, the day before our next home game.
                              .
                              .
                              .
                              .
                              .
                              .
                              .
                              .
                              .
                              .
And I'd like it even more, if the new owners sacked him just prior to kick off, over the PA system in front of a full house. Then we could watch him wobble and waddle up the stairs and out the door quicker than Bradley Orr chasing a winger.
