    Yes, I'm for real.
And whether or not I find fans having fights amongst themselves acceptable, or not, is neither here nor there.
In my experience, and I was attending football matches as a youngster, in much more intimidating atmospheres during the 70s, these things happen.

As for the sensitive souls picking up their skirts and shrieking at the sound of what is quaintly called bad language, GROW UP FOR ****'S SAKE, YOU'RE NOT ****ING FIVE YEARS OLD ANYMORE.
As shocking as it seems to be to you, people do take their young children to football.

You wouldn't take your kid to Finding Nemo cinema and accept someone shouting 'F.ck off Nemo, you orange c.nt' and grown adults don't accept the same at football either.

If you want to act the hard man showing how many swear words you know, save it for the pub after the game. Not around kids. Although of course you wouldn't dare say it at the pub as it's not acceptable there either and you'd be kicked out.

Do you live on Walton's mountain, watching "Lassie come home" all day long?

A football match, is a football match, passions will rise, it happens, live with it, and let your kid grow up without being smothered in cotton wool.

Whilst I agree that the fighting is uneccesary, I have to laugh when people moan about language. As bad as it may be, it's football. It has been part of the game for some time, and will never change. Peoples emotions get the better of them, and things happen. It's human nature.

If your kids go away at the end of the match, swearing and the likes, it's your duty as a parent to inform them that it's wrong.
          Your mum would love me...

No, I sit in the so-called family enclosure and the odd swear word can be heard many times, both from kids, and parents.

If sensitive souls wish to wrap their little darlings in swathes of cotton wool, can I suggest that instead of taking the kids to the football, they take them to the cinema to watch "finding Nemo", or some other rubbish.

                    Just to be clear, LOL.

The language I can accept, it's a game of football for gods sake, passions will run high. Just the fighting amongst your own is beyond me.

Surely it is "Here not there" as that was the actual point of my initial comment, I just struggle with why it will kick off amongst your own fans, that's all. Swearing I can deal with

it happens too often and is predictable...

although i don't agree the swearing is right, i'd rather a passionate fan next to me to create some atmosphere than have a library situation like certain other over-priced grounds in the country, which is where i fear this club is heading
