  • New Investors are in a stronger position now

Saturdays result has worked hugely in favour of any new investor or the Mittals.

Not being held to ransom by little and large in the spring and playing the waiting game, the Mittals et al will now be able to pick up the club for far less - very good business sense on their part - not surprising.

Little and Large spent nothing and hoped a couple of early results (which could have happened) created a false dawn and justified their valuation, they gambled and lost. The 10-15M they should have spent will be knocked off the purchase price for what is a very good Championship side in the Premier league.

So L&L - get it sold you have 2 weeks, let the new owners invest wisely and for the love of god KEEP US UP !!

    In Warnock we trust

Just hope this bargaining game doesn't bite them in the backside. Next two weeks are going to be madness, Mr ecclestone appears to have completely overestimated the value of a London based top flight club.

No hes not at all, even I can see that. He's simply saying that maybe there has been a slight positive to come out of losing 4-0.... never once mentioned anything about meaning to lose 4-0
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

I doubt one result makes any difference to the valuation.

In fact, you could argue that the closer we get to the window ending the more the current owners hold the cards.
