Last time 4 goals scored against on opening day we finished 9th 93/94 also lost to Liverpool 3-1 next game.

Last time we where promted to top tire of football we lost our opening game in 83/84 drew in 73/74, 68/69.

We never won the open day game once we were promted

Last time we lost by 4 goals we finished 17th 7th from bottom 86/87

Last time we lost the open day at home we finished 4th from bottom 77/78

Last time we lost our first home game of the season we finished mid table 07/08
