  • Our Manager is a Legend

Just seen his interview on SSN , upbeat and smiling even though he knows we got a proper slap in the 2nd half today , think he knows he will have a few quid when this takeover happens , please god he spends it on defenders!! it cheered me up seeing that interview, keep the faith people..... in warnock we trust

Hope we're getting some transfer funds, which is neccessary to avoid relegation.
As said before, bolton wasn't 4 goals better than us. It was their lucky day.
Gary Cahill will never score a goal like that again lol lucky *****

Warnock has been very clever and manouvered himself into a no lose position. If we do well he is a hero, if he fails miserably it is down to the lack of investment by the board.

I think Warnock is a fantastic motivator and is exactly what we need but questioned a few of his tactics today.

1.) Why on earth put our only dangerous player (Bothrooyd) on the right wing for most of the 2nd half. Our centre forward should not be taking throw ins.

2.) The gap between the back four and our 2 defensive midfielders (Faurlin and Derry) was huge, putting our average defence under huge presuure whenever we gave the ball away (often)

3.) We shouldn't be trying to play football with the side we have got. We have to be a route one side and battle for our lives. It works for Stoke, but we do not have the quality of players to be knocking it around. Get it in the box and get Bothroyd to bully their keeper.

          4.) Need to go 4-5-1.

So true. I sit in Ellesrie Rd and our positional starting points were all over the place hence why they breaking on us in numbers and with pace.

We looked unfit in comparison to them also. Bolton are an average premiership side who dealt with us comfortably. They looked like a seasoned top flight side where as we clearly looked like the new boys. We need to learn double quick

Out of interest, who do you drop if we go 451? DJ or Bothroyd?

Faurlin is loved on here, but was annoynmous today. Derry put up a good, but helpless fight.

So Taarabt on the left? Our full backs are weak enough, they dont need to be more exposed with the winger not tracking back.

Have Tarrabt as free role in behind Bothroyd. Campbell Left

Not with an extra defensive midfielder in there.

                        Buz, Faurlin, Derry. Campbell
                        Tarrabt

                        Bothroyd

Team looks good to me, although it is basically identical to the team that played today except buzz for Smith and the are wingers deeper.
