Exactly, if you think about it, the income is the equivilent of say a full Reebok Stadium! Actually it is probably more than that.

A sell out at HQ has always been rare.

When we were last in the top flight we were only averaging 14k to 15k.

Last season we were flying for most of it but only sold out about 4 games.

We generally only sell out either when big clubs visit or the game is vitally important or significant, if none of these apply then we get the crowds of anywhere between 12k to 15k.

Prices might be a reason for some not to attend but as mentioned here new faces appear, so it's swings and roundabouts.

Some fans whatever the price was, would complain they are not paying it unless big signings were in, as I walked out a bloke complained he wasted £35 which is a fair comment but putting aside the result £35 isn't a bad price for premiership football.

I just think us not selling out is for factors other than price, the prices are high but IMHO even if prices were reasonable we would probably only of sold a few hundred more.

I am not ashamed to say I don't go yesterday as I am sickened by the price increase for what we are getting. I will go to some games, but I am not paying top dollar for second rate product.

I expect many feel the same way - however, we are a small club and are gates have remained the same, except for one year, for the last 20 years. All those banging on about needing a new stadium for the 30-40k we will get in the Prem don't support the same QPR that I do.

bang on...........even with fulham like 'tourist' fans unless away teams brought 6/7000 we'd struggle to fill 25000 seats week in week out........never have done!

No - it is purely that I can't afford to go as much when I weigh up what my expenditure in life is. And, even then, I am disgusted at the prices - if you think that means I am less of a fan - that's up to you.

Sorry, deleted and started again due to bold not showing, I can totally agree with you if it's just down to being able to afford it though.

but the income at a full Rebok would be more when you factor in extra sales of beer/food/programmes/sales in the club shop...etc...
as for yesterdays attendance..yes,it was poor, but half the people who sit around me weren't there were missing, all of whom i am informed are away on holiday...i could only go as my mate who is on his hols gave me his ST..i have had to give mine up this season...just can't afford it.

What did people expect overpriced S.T.s over priced match day tickets, we're charging £40- £50 for home & away supporters, when you look at prices for next 2 away games Everton £31 Wigan £20 we must look like highway men to rest of the clubs. think Bernir is **** Turpin & Flav is Black/Orange Bess,
