Hey Pete, not that I need it today but can you help me get my Player working sometime? I had an old World account years ago when I lived in Germany, it seems to get mixed up with my season ticket account so I can never watch Player, I think maybe both accounts have the same email address. Is there any way I can reset it all or get my ST Player account moved to my 'normal' account?

No idea who to speak to about this so it's been like it ever since I moved back and got a ST.
