At last we are finally back where we belong, in the top tier of English football. It has been a long and painful 15 years since the sale of Sir Les ultimately resulted in our downfall.... What an expensive £6m that has proven to be eh.
I really wish I could be there today but can't, but for all those fantastic fans that are going, sing loud and proud and make Loftus a fortress. It may be the smallest ground in the prem, but it has more atmosphere and character than many others combined and teams won't like going there. Let's make the world see what they've also missed out on for so long.
Savour the moment and day as it signifies something much bigger than any boardroom squabling or perceived mismanagement by T&C. I'm not their biggest fans, but am certainly not naïve enough to think we would be here today if it weren't for them and for that I am massively thankful. Yes they could do things differently and they have strange methods, but I am not one who's overly bothered they've not splashed the cash as we have still brought in good players and I think we'll be fine.
Come on QPR let's get off to a flier, but if not let's not panic as it will be a long season and the main thing is we're back!!!
